Filming part one

 Over the thanksgiving break when i was supposed to film i ended up going out of town and had none of the resources i needed. So i decided i was going to start filming when i got home. Once i got home my friends and i got together and started the filming process. There was a bit of delay due to me being out of town but we started doing what we could. The filming was a lot more difficult this time because it was more complicated. What we did for the beginning was a shot of two girls walking down on Las olas, enjoying ice cream scared to show affection to each other without being judged. The next shot slowly switched off to a girl and a boy eating ice cream and enjoying themselves having fun. Then the same thing happens in the next shot that happened to the girls but lastly with two guys. Then the next shot was filmed at the park where we filmed everyone watching the stars.  Since the place feels more private and can actually enjoy eachothers company without feeling judged or feeling unsafe for being together. We did some shots of them talking privately and enjoying eachothers company while cuddling. These scenes will be used as memories of all the good times they had together before society split them up. While the "normal couple" continues to live their life as normal. We also filmed the couples bike riding into the park were their laughing and having fun. We also filmed shots of the girls and boys back at the place but this time alone and reminiscing. This will add the effect of sadness and regret.  We used a lonely one way street, in the moments they were reminiscing. We had the characters show emotion and regret so it would feel more real. We also took many close ups and shots from far away. We made the scenes feel real, and act like some of the characters were actually in love. At the end we see them coming together and deciding to choose not to care about society's

standards.
